Content
The TFG500 enterprise router consolidates routing, wireless control, and traffic management into a single 1U appliance. Its built-in AC function serves as a wireless controller capable of managing up to 64 enterprise access points, eliminating the need for a separate controller appliance. The 2 x 10G SFP+ uplink ports provide high-bandwidth backbone connectivity, enabling aggregation of multiple access links into a single 10-gigabit uplink.
Multi-WAN support allows flexible configuration of WAN port assignments to meet the networking requirements of multi-line access, while multi-VLAN segmentation enables logical network isolation for different departments or service tiers. Traffic control and internet authentication functions are integrated into the routing platform, enabling administrators to enforce bandwidth policies, application-level access control, and portal-based user authentication from a single management interface.

The TFG500 includes an IoT expansion module supporting Bluetooth, GPS/Beidou, LoRa, RS232/RS485, and DI/DO interfaces, enabling integration with IoT sensors and industrial automation systems. The 19-inch 1U form factor fits standard server racks with smart fan cooling and wide operating temperature range (0–45°C). Multi-VPN support enables secure site-to-site and remote-access connectivity, while the integrated wireless controller manages enterprise AP deployment with portal authentication support.

Product Features
2 x 10G SFP+ Uplink Ports
Two 10-gigabit SFP+ optical ports provide high-bandwidth backbone connectivity, enabling aggregation of multiple access links into a single 10G uplink. SFP+ modularity allows flexible media selection - SR/LR optical transceivers or DAC cables - to match the physical infrastructure of each deployment.
Integrated Cloud AC and Local AC Functions (up to 64 APs)
The built-in wireless controller manages up to 64 enterprise access points without requiring a separate controller appliance. Cloud AC enables centralised management of distributed AP deployments, while local AC provides on-site control for single-site networks.
Multi-WAN, Multi-VLAN, Multi-VPN Capabilities
Flexible WAN port configuration supports multi-line access for bandwidth aggregation and link redundancy. Multi-VLAN segmentation enables logical network isolation. Multi-VPN provides secure site-to-site and remote-access tunnels for distributed enterprises.
Traffic Control and Internet Authentication
Integrated traffic shaping and bandwidth enforcement allow administrators to allocate network resources by application, user, or VLAN. Portal authentication supports guest and employee access control with customisable login pages and policy enforcement.
IoT Expansion Module
Built-in IoT expansion support for Bluetooth, GPS/Beidou positioning, LoRa long-range wireless, RS232/RS485 serial interfaces, and DI/DO digital I/O. Enables integration with IoT sensors, environmental monitors, and industrial automation systems without additional gateway hardware.
500-Terminal Capacity (64 AP Management)
The appliance manages up to 64 wireless access points with a recommended concurrent terminal capacity of 500 devices, providing sufficient scale for small to medium-sized offices, retail chains, and branch deployments.

Product Advantages
- 2 x 10G SFP+ uplink ports provide 20 Gbps of aggregate optical backbone bandwidth - enables aggregation of multiple access links into a single high-capacity uplink without port bottleneck.
- SFP+ modularity supports SR, LR optical transceivers and DAC cables, allowing flexible media selection to match existing fibre infrastructure.
- Consolidates routing, wireless control (up to 64 APs), traffic management, and authentication into a single 1U appliance - reduces edge device count and simplifies small enterprise network deployment.
- Built-in IoT expansion module (Bluetooth, GPS/Beidou, LoRa, RS232/RS485, DI/DO) enables direct integration with IoT sensors and industrial automation systems without additional gateway hardware.
- Multi-WAN configuration enables bandwidth aggregation and link redundancy for multi-line access scenarios.
- Integrated cloud AC and local AC functions eliminate the need for a separate wireless controller, reducing hardware costs and management complexity.
- Portal authentication and multi-VLAN segmentation enable granular access control and logical network isolation for different user groups.
Application Scenarios
Small to Medium Enterprise Networks (up to 500 terminals, 64 APs): Deployed at the network edge, the TFG500 serves as the primary router and wireless controller. The 2 x 10G SFP+ uplinks aggregate multiple WAN links into a high-bandwidth backbone, while multi-WAN provides redundancy. Integrated traffic control and portal authentication manage access for employees and guests.
Retail Chain Branch Networks: Each retail branch receives a dedicated TFG500 with multi-VLAN segmentation separating POS, employee, and guest traffic. The built-in AC manages up to 64 store APs without a central controller. Multi-WAN connects each branch to the headquarters via standard broadband or 5G, while Multi-VPN provides secure encrypted tunnels back to the central core. The 10G SFP+ uplinks can be used locally within large flagship stores to connect high-density APs or local NAS servers.
IoT-Enabled Industrial Sites: The built-in IoT expansion module connects to IoT sensors and industrial equipment via external isolated gateways supporting RS485, DI/DO, and serial protocols. Multi-VLAN isolation separates IoT traffic from the corporate network, while multi-VPN provides secure backhaul to central monitoring systems. GPS/Beidou positioning and LoRa long-range wireless enable asset tracking across large industrial campuses.
Branch Office with High-Bandwidth Uplink: The 19-inch 1U form factor and single-appliance design reduce rack footprint. Dual 10G SFP+ ports enable either dual 10G uplinks for redundancy or a single 20G aggregated link. Multi-VPN provides secure connectivity back to headquarters, while local/cloud AC functions enable AP management for the branch wireless network.
