The TFG500 enterprise router consolidates routing, wireless control, and traffic management into a single 1U appliance. Its built-in AC function serves as a wireless controller capable of managing up to 64 enterprise access points, eliminating the need for a separate controller appliance. The 2 x 10G SFP+ uplink ports provide high-bandwidth backbone connectivity, enabling aggregation of multiple access links into a single 10-gigabit uplink.

 

Multi-WAN support allows flexible configuration of WAN port assignments to meet the networking requirements of multi-line access, while multi-VLAN segmentation enables logical network isolation for different departments or service tiers. Traffic control and internet authentication functions are integrated into the routing platform, enabling administrators to enforce bandwidth policies, application-level access control, and portal-based user authentication from a single management interface.

The TFG500 includes an IoT expansion module supporting Bluetooth, GPS/Beidou, LoRa, RS232/RS485, and DI/DO interfaces, enabling integration with IoT sensors and industrial automation systems. The 19-inch 1U form factor fits standard server racks with smart fan cooling and wide operating temperature range (0–45°C). Multi-VPN support enables secure site-to-site and remote-access connectivity, while the integrated wireless controller manages enterprise AP deployment with portal authentication support.

 Small to Medium Enterprise Networks (up to 500 terminals, 64 APs): Deployed at the network edge, the TFG500 serves as the primary router and wireless controller. The 2 x 10G SFP+ uplinks aggregate multiple WAN links into a high-bandwidth backbone, while multi-WAN provides redundancy. Integrated traffic control and portal authentication manage access for employees and guests.

 Retail Chain Branch Networks: Each retail branch receives a dedicated TFG500 with multi-VLAN segmentation separating POS, employee, and guest traffic. The built-in AC manages up to 64 store APs without a central controller. Multi-WAN connects each branch to the headquarters via standard broadband or 5G, while Multi-VPN provides secure encrypted tunnels back to the central core. The 10G SFP+ uplinks can be used locally within large flagship stores to connect high-density APs or local NAS servers.

 IoT-Enabled Industrial Sites: The built-in IoT expansion module connects to IoT sensors and industrial equipment via external isolated gateways supporting RS485, DI/DO, and serial protocols. Multi-VLAN isolation separates IoT traffic from the corporate network, while multi-VPN provides secure backhaul to central monitoring systems. GPS/Beidou positioning and LoRa long-range wireless enable asset tracking across large industrial campuses.

 Branch Office with High-Bandwidth Uplink: The 19-inch 1U form factor and single-appliance design reduce rack footprint. Dual 10G SFP+ ports enable either dual 10G uplinks for redundancy or a single 20G aggregated link.
